The service went above and beyond to help us recover lost football tickets, and a welcome drink added a nice touch. The location is ideal for exploring the city, but a bit far from the stadium. Dining options were satisfactory, with tasty homemade sweets. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

The rooms, though slightly outdated in style, were cleaned daily and had convenient coffee making facilities. My stay included 2 comfortable double beds, which was a nice touch. The service was commendable, especially when they made efforts to help us recover our lost football tickets. The location was ideal, right next to the Metro Station and in a decent area for convenient travel around the city. However, the ventilation in the bathroom was quite loud, and the style of the rooms felt a bit dated.
